Smoking all weekend-- part 3--- on deck

The in laws and nana are coming down tomorrow morning....Gotta 9 lb brisket for my first overnight brisket cook for sat nite into Sunday...

Not the best trim job but I was pretty busy today and had a few cold ones by the time I got to this

Plan on injecting this sat a.m. With beef broth/worchestshire combo...

Gonna try first run at St. Louis style ribs ... Gotta figure out how to trim em up n'at.... Any help on this ???

Also gonna smoke some doctored up baked beans
Make a pasta salad
Caprese salad

Many beers ... Many beers.... Many beers....

And them go root on my beloved Buccos against those dastardly Cardinals on Monday and then on Tuesday for a doubleheader before heading off to A mini vacation to visit a brother in law in Connecticut
