I haven't been able to get online much lately but hopefuly that's changing again! Anyways here's a quick cook of todays lunch on the smokey joe.

Dungeness crab with a vinegar sauce, tuna loin rubbed and seared, a basic salad with smoked walnuts and a blueberry vinagerette.

Well Clark, I was feeling First Class the other day when I grilled my first prime graded beef for lunch, (sirloin steak)
but boy did you put me back in Coach!

Simply outstanding!!

Holey CrabClaws Clark!
That picture looks like "someone" cut it outta a magazine an' pasted it to my screen!!

SPECTACULAR!!

Holy Cow does that look good! Monday's usually get me whatever is left over from the Friday night chicken.

Thanks guys, it really is a simple meal though. Crab indirect for about 15 minutes, tuna loin seared direct for about 7 minutes (at the same time as the crab is indirect) then toast the walnuts for a couple minutes and all done.

The lucky thing is I get all the tuna and crab I want for free up here!

Thanks again.

Wow! And here I thought the new smokey joe I just bought could only be used for frozen costco burgers!!!

Very well done, and thanks for sharing!!!

Hey Clark, Any vacancies near where you live? Man, I want lunch at your house. Not sure it gets much better than that. WOW! Good Job.

We are definately spoiled by the abundance of seafood out here! Use that Smokey Joe for everything guys! They are great little all purpose grills. Wicked to take to the beach after a surf or even at home for small stuff for two like this!

Lot's of vacancies up here, much cheaper in the winter though tourist town and all!

Thanks for the response!
