Based on the Big Drum Smoker MINI I built a 15 gallon drum smoker and used the lid, cook and charcoal grates from a 14" Weber Smokey Joe and this little cooker does not disappoint!

Been having a good time with it-very fuel efficient and turns out some succulent meats.

That is WAAYYYY cool! I'm always looking for and thinking up things to do with Smokey Joes since they are easy to find and inexpensive. I've been wanting to do a Mini-WSM with one of mine - I really like your idea.
