Good evening folks! The boss has been telling me we need to eat a bit better so we have been on a bit of a veggie kick lately(can't complain she let me order a new boat which should be here in a couple weeks)

Any way started with some chicken seasoned in this seasoning and a bit of EVOO!

Let the taters go for about an hour and tossed the chicken on!

Good nite and happy Friday tomorrow!!

Gorgeous cook and superb pics, Morgan! Love all those "veggies". Whatever floats the boat, right? The Blue Moon Pumpkin Beer is good, but at Costco they have a Sam Adams "Harvest Collection" (Octoberfest) and the pumpkin beer in there is even better (IMHO). Delicious!

You won't be disappointed, my friend! I stocked up on the stuff as soon as I tasted it! There's not a chump in the bunch!

Yeah..I know the feeling about eating better. Congrats on the new boat! Great looking healthy meal too!

Awesome looking Morgan. I probably use that word too much here, but it fits in so many of these spots. The wife and I are hoping to do some chicken fajitas on the kettle this weekend, we hope to have time.
I haven't found a pumpkin beer that I like yet.

I enjoy your posts Morgan. Cooking those sweet potatoes....was that as simple as it looks? Just butter and wood smoke?

Thanks guys! I'm digging the blue moon pumpkin ale but got to see if I can find the Sam Adams later...thanks again Micky!

The swee taters were easy...they were on for about 1 and 1/2 hours I suppose... Probably could have sped it up with a bit of cast iron and splitting them but I wanted to give this a shot! They did pick up a bit of smoke flavor.. Not as much as I liked but next time I do a turkey they are going in the WSM for sure!

Thanks again!

Oh boy now I'm gonna have to cook some sweet potatoes this weekend. Everything looks terrific!! Maybe we could see a picture of that new boat when it comes in :).
