Smoker out of retirement...teriyaki thighs!

It's been forever and a day since i used my BPS...she needed some love so off with the cob webs and fired her up. Decided to do some homemade sauce and marinade over night. The Big Poppa is so versatile, i decided to use it in the grill/sear mode going indirect and then sear at the end.



Slow smoked about 275 this cook and on to the searing.







Oh baby...love me some teriyaki thighs!!! Thanks for looking!

Thanks guys , love it when a plan comes together because you know how easy it is to burn the sugars in the teriyaki. I went real low on the charcoal height so when i seared it had enough distance. Will do this again...worked out great. )))
