Hello brothers
I am the kosher smoker from Jackson New Jersey. Don't let the name throw you. Pork butt is my specialty .. I have the twins.. Two WSM 22.5 and a Chargriller 5050 with SFB
I do brisket and ribs.. And the neighbors love when I smoke because I always give out samples. Love this site
