I was going for pulled pork with the smokenator/rotisserie combo but plans came up so I had finish quicker than I wanted so I went with sliced pork.Don't mind the ugly foil job on the kettle I was just trying to close some gaps.
Kettle ran around 240/250 for 3 hours or so then I found out I had to finish quick. So I opened the vents and ran at 350 for a bit and pulled and rested.
I used Texas BBQ rub the new grand champion rub.I really liked it.If you haven't tried Texas BBQ rub give a try it's awesome stuff.
