SmokeFire help

I have a second generation Smokefire EX6. I have loved it until recently. It is no longer reliably getting up to temperature. Sometimes, it will not rise about 275-300 when grilling at 400+. No matter if it gets to temperature or not, after about 10-15 minutes it starts to drop the temperature and I cannot raise it back. I have cleaned the smoker, replaced the igniter. Any ideas.

Pellet company doesn’t seem to make a difference

Make sure the auger is cleaned.
Ive had some dust turn rock hard at the base and really mess everything up.
I will say Cabela’s pellets, recommended by the great Lew Newby, are rumored to be Weber’s and made by Lumberjack have been amazing.
Good luck.
