Smoked wings

First smoke since joining tvwb. Wings smoked on mini-WSM, finished with glaze of Stubb's Sweet Heat diluted with lime juice.

Thanks, Glen, but should note that the mini is the Smokey Joe home built, not WSM. Sure works nicely, though, and I love using it.

We had wings tonight, too! However, ahem! However, I did NOT smoke them. The weather has been absolutely horrible (if it isn't -10 degrees the wind is blowing thirty miles per hour - or BOTH). So, tonight, my lovely wife oven fried the wings. I have to say, they were wonderful. 50/50 melted butter and Sriracha sauce made a VERY nice sauce for the wings.

We had home made apple dumplings for dessert. I nearly foundered...

Same here, but -5°. Might try the oven for the wings that didn't get grilled yesterday. So 50/50 with Sriracha?
