looks great. reminds me i need to cook some turkey. funny how i keep thinking of what to smoke and forget about turkey and yet i love turkey ! hope it was as good as it looks.
I just smoked one on Friday. I know it is early, but WOW. It is the start of the season. Only I injected and smoked for 12 hours. 18 pounder. Many yummy sounds were heard

I did use a butter and brown sugar glaze during the last hour too.
