Smoked Turkey Breast


 
Melted butter. Then wrapped after 1 1/2 hours; with butter on both sides until it hit 165°F. Need to find bigger pieces of meat.

That looks fabulous, I have a whole chicken that I want to do Thanksgiving in July here this weekend or next weekend. But after that cook, this is the next big poultry cook I am going to get doing!
