It all looks fantastic. I was planning on smoking a meatloaf today on my WSM but it's cold and rainy here in Northern Illinois so will wait until all the leftovers from tomorrow are gone to do it.

Wow, had to wipe off my keyboard...again...after visiting this part of the forum.

Q: when smoking meatloaf, should I use a perforated pan so smoke gets 'around' the whole loaf, or just get it to kiss the top?
