Smoked Cream Cheese


 
I made a little progress; I ordered jellies from Amazon but I'm still missing the key ingredient.

The Hot Pepper Jelly might be too hot for my aging bones but I tried the Red Pepper Jelly last night on crackers... it had an excellent taste.
 
For those with somewhat more adventurous palates, you might want to try goat cheese in addition to cream cheese. Probably better in a cold smoke situation though. I don't think it will hold up to a hot smoke.
