I am really loving my 14.5" WSM. Today I smoked a Chuck Roast and then made Smoked Beef Tacos with Asian Slaw. It turned out great. I can't believe how well the 14.5 keeps such a steady temp. Here is a shot when it reached 170° just before I put it in a pan on top of a bunch of onions. Foiled it and back on for a little while longer till it got up to temp.
Tomorrow 4 butts on the 22.5". I think I am hooked.
