Smoked Chili two ways


 
I did a traditional beef chili with tomatoes, pinto beans, kidney beans, rotel, onion, garlic and a chili seasoning packet with leftover chopped brisket.

Then I did a white bean chili with left over chopped chicken and chopped pork butt with great northern beans, chicken broth, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper.



 
Oh man its been years since I've had white chili. Used to be a diner in my hometown that made awesome white Chili and yours looks perfect. Brings back some good memories.
