I'm loving my and can't stop thinking of what to smoke next. I decided to smoke 2 whole s and kept my current "chicken theme" for another smoking session. I brined the chicken over night with kosher salt, brown sugar, chicken stock and rosemary. I seasoned the chicken (store bought seasoning) before going in the . The chicken was tender and juicy; rosemary flavor was a great addition. The standing chicken was placed on a Tecate beer. I could not tell a difference in flavor, but I'm sure I did it wrong.
