Smoked Chicken Wings

Sorry, no pics. I just did the smoked chicken wings outlined in the cooking section here and they were fantastic. Second time in about a month and everyone said they were the best wings they have ever eaten. Great success. I put a dry rub on of salt/turbinado sugar, paprika and garlic salt. Smoked them for 3 hours at 225 and finished on the gasser to get the skin crispy. Used one chunk of sweet maple and one of cherry. My 18inch WSM was loaded on both grates. Finished with the Frank's hot sauce recommended for medium wings and again, outstanding. This recipe is definetly a keeper. Steve
