Smoked chicken enchilada casserole

That looks great Case! I always use red enchilada sauce on beef or pork and green on chicken with green chilis.
I might change that.
Albertsons has the Hatch brand once in a while, that's the ****z ( red or green)

Mix it up a bit. Just happen to only have red right now. Sometimes I’ll use both.
