Well first posted cook in awhile. Been off of here for a couple of weeks.

Took some boneless skinless yard bird breasts

I've never tried smoking chicken breast, worth a try.

Oh, they are great, in my opinion. I usually throw on a bag of skinless when ever there is room on the wsm, make great sandwiches sliced in half during the week................
