Smoke Weekend (again)

Ok, one indoor cook, but at least we ate outside.
Chopped up some hot pork sausage, pan cooked it with some chopped garlic, parsley and capers. Toasted the croissants in the remaining liquid in the pan, then shaved some Fontina chese and melted under the broiler.
