Smoke Day (Sunday) was wet and cold here in NJ - but everyone enjoyed the food

everything looks good, esp the smoked mac and cheese.

I experimented a bit because some of the guests have problems with what they can eat. Used GF pasta and Cabot cheese and substituted yogurt for sour cream. Most folks had no idea of the substitutions and loved it
