just making sure, us buffalonians have to protect the little we have sacred around here.

can't go wrong with beer, but there's nothing like a swim in some blue cheese to ice the heat of a spicy wing.

try this next time and you'll be a real hero:

crumble some good blue cheese
mix with about an equal part mayo
splash of red wine vinegar
drop of dijon mustard
pinch of celery seed
salt and pepper to taste
