It was delicious, the wife and kids like their lamb medium well, so I let it rip. Remember the carne crosta Sears to a crazy black crust.
The rib eye was amazing, I made the chimichurri again and it was great. Lot of beer and football so no plated pics.
My SmokeFire continues to deliver! I did get a notice to change my glow plug soon, that was interesting, I wonder if it’s on a yearly timer or it senses something.
