I'll tell ya. I too was sooooo skeptical of this thing. But honestly when I saw the reviews on it from Tom Horsman I thought "these things look very promising". I know some here thinks he's full of

But, I like his straight forward attitude. And really just comes across as someone who tells it like it is. Also after having run into him a couple times I got the impression what he thinks on stuff is pretty genuine.
Anyway I saw a couple of the smaller ones in person (at Costco of course

). I was impressed with the build quality and when the one I ended up buying hit Marketplace and literally looked like it had just been taken out of the box, and at a price about half store price, it just looked like was worth rolling the dice.
The shocker here to me, was just how spot on TH was in his assessments of them. And yeah, while there is a little "learning curve" it's pretty easy appliance to conquer with 1 or 2 tries as witnessed by yeah, my 1st half rack was "OK" but the second was a home run.
Also owning it, it's quite apparent Ninja did their homework on what people are looking for.
So yeah, I am quite honestly impressed with this very unassuming appliance can do.
It's a great little "winter" grill. And even though I've used it in temps down to -5F it seems totally "unfazed" by the low temps. Still heats quick stays hot. Honestly? Anyone interested in a Q320? It's sitting on my front patio and is not going to be pressed back into service. I see no need for it.
