Small catering gig lined up -- questions about pricing/amount for pulled pork?

Hey everybody, it's been a while since I've stepped in here (shame on me). I missed you guys. Life has been hectic in the last year and a half.

Anyhow, a family friend contacted me tonight about wanting me to make some pulled pork for an event she is having on Sunday. She says there will be 20-30 people there and asked me for a price. I did some light googling but I thought I would ask the folks here a few questions.

1.) How many lbs. of pork butt should I smoke? I know it will lose 30% or so of its original weight during the cook.

2.) What the heck should I price it at? I know fuel (charcoal/wood), supplies, time, labor, etc. should be factored in, but I have no idea what I should tell her.

In these parts, restaurant prices for pulled pork range from $12 to $18/lb. That would include sauce. pickles, onions, white bread and a sheet of butcher paper. A quarter-pound per person would be an average.

It has been a while since I figured the yield on a butt. That said I believe my yield is closer to 55%. I defer to pros but I have yet to get 70%. $12 a pound is about right in these parts. Amount of meat per person depends on what else is served and how it is served. Maybe as much as 1/3 lb.?

Thanks, guys. I'm charging her $150 for roughly 15 lbs. of finished pulled pork. I have three pork butts that amount to about 25-26 lbs. uncooked. I planning on doing this cook overnight on Saturday night.
