Slow N Sear

Just received my first slow N Sear .... could not pass it up at 39.99....it shipped super fast! Well made product, I'm impressed....going to possibly use it for a turkey on Thanksgiving

I seriously doubt you can cook a whole turkey with a SnS, perhaps a Spatchcock or cut into pieces. I'll wait to see the results.

Looking forward to the cook, I can see a SNS cooking a medium turkey pretty easily. I’d probably turn it a few times but I can see it.

Having just done it last weekend, I can affirm that one can, indeed, get four hours of 350°F roasting out of a single load of K-Pro in an original Slow N Sear.
