Had some leftover coals from last night’s cook…threw on some chicken thighs and some pecan. 

Prepped the broth with some help from TJ’s but added some potatoes and
!

Just wanted to get some smoke into the chicken. Smoked for about 30 minutes at 300. These thighs are huge!
Gonna add them to the pot sans skin and let cook!
