Sliced Pork

IN most barbecue establishments when they fix sliced pork sandwiches what piece of pork are they getting their sliced pork from? Is it pork loin, butt which piece?

That's hard to say without asking each individual establishment. It could come from the shoulder, the loin or the ham.

Steve, you're more than welcome. I think I can speak for everyone here when I say, "we're all here to help eachother and it's our pleasure to help when we can!" We were all new to BBQ at one time and we asked the same questions! If it weren't for TVWBB and the members we wouldn't know half the stuff we know and are sharing today!
