That is a beautiful color!! That's what I was expecting when I ordered my Slate Smokey Joe - but it's not the same.

They probably gave you a clean slate, being a lady and all

Fired this up again last night, I think the gas assist is going to spoil me. I did some pork chops that came out perfect.

I also did a burn off on my big blue 26, I have a KG grate coming for that on Monday and it’s time to fire up the beast. HAHA I have to say that lid is FREAKING heavy!!!!!
