Yah, that is a nice one. I would snap it up in heartbeat if it was 200 miles closer to me.
It does look like the hood has the fade though.

Yep, must have been something in the porcelain mix around that time. It seems almost universal for Skyline hoods.

p.s. After passing on two two-burner Skylines, a third one has popped up an hour from me. I really don't need anything else to take with me, but I really want one of those smaller hoods. I have the idea of using it on a more recent Silver A body to have a Skyline with the more modern thermoset fold-up table.

Wow, a nice grill in Indiana. I hope it portends good things for my future!

Looks like Stefan was right in that this Skyline with the side burner does not have a decorative shield behind the condiment rack.
