Thanks Jeff. I was thinking the same thing. I've recently switched over from briquettes to lump. I tend to like a light smoke flavor, so I don't use a lot of wood either. Thanks to all for their kind words.
Whew! Heat wave in the northeast this week. It may hit 100 in New York City today; a record. I live in the hills of NJ so it may only be 95 (and me without any air-conditioning...)
