Has anyone smoked one of these joints? Very economical here in the UK but usually used for a potroast...

I'm not sure there's enough connective tissue in a silverside - I may be wrong - but brisket is cheaper still. My only difficulty is getting a suitable size - either tiny and rolled or infeasibly large - I took to buying brisket by the foot from a butcher/farmer near me a few years ago.
