Sirloin tip roast

10 pound roast picked up at foodlion for $1.77/lb. last night it was slathered with lea&perrins thick blend and then sprinkled with dizzy pig's cowlick. this morning i dusted with some more cowlick and did a minion start of sam's choice(wallyworld was out ot RO lump

) added a few chunks of hickory and smoked it at 275-300 to an internal temp of 135(4.5 hours) and then double wrapped in foil and sat on the counter for an hour. made a real good roast beef and swiss wrap for dinner.

That looks mouth-watering man. Paired up with Swiss on some good hearty bread with some dark mustard sounds like heaven to me.
 
Tony, I have plenty of Royal Oak......the next time you cook one of these, I'll bring the lump if you share a couple slices with me! Absolutely perfect!!!! My mouth is watering and I'm craving that meat, onion, horseradish and a Kaiser roll!!!!!!!!!
