Sirloin Tip Roast Tacos

Haven't used this in a while so I cleaned it up inside and out.
Marinated (Stubbs Steakhouse Marinade) sirloin tip roast in the fridge for over 36 hours, found some tortilla wraps flavoured sun-dried tomato and basil.. sliced a few poblanos and green peppers and an onion.
Peppers were done so on goes the beef.

Tossed em around a while until the beer was gone then sent em to the kitchen to rest.
After their short nap, Liz sliced the roast into thin yummies while I was outside toastin' the tortillas then grillin' the Romaine lettuce. Tossed that around a time or two then chopped it up, sliced the peppers and onions then...
Time To EET!
