Planned for grilled chicken breast and rice with beans for dinner yesterday. But when you find a 0.75 lb bone in ribeye steak on clearance for 6+ bucks you upgrade those simple dinner plans to also include that.
Got a dry brine going and I tied it as it was falling into two pieces, we will see how that holds up.

Didn't get any plates shots, that's ok, the steak was the star anyways.
