Simple filets on the Q-320.

Fired up the Q-320 and did some asparagus .
Decided to keep it real simple and cook a couple filets on the Q-320 as well. I haven’t cooked meat on the Q for years. They were so GOOD. One was Oakridge Carne Crosta and the other was Kozmos SPG. Both were 10’s.

Didn’t have much time and lately I’ve seen some simple great cooks you guys have done.
Fired up the Q-320 and did some big asparagus I found at a place down the street called mexicana produce. $2.99 a pound for some of the best ever.

Just a follow up thought, the Kozmos rub really held its own against the OakRidge. Very happy with that cook, wife and kids want more asparagus tonight.

Few things in life better than a steak and asparagus on the grill. Great cook, wait you know what might be better, grilled asparagus two nights in a row.
