Simple Dinner

I was somewhat hesitant to post given the quality of food in this forum but what the heck. Monday night dinner with CSR's sprinkled with homemade rub.

Put on the OTS set up for indirect with an apple wood chunk to make everyone happy.

After an hour flipped and put the cold end near the fire

Applied Sweet Baby Rays after two hours. sorry no flash on the IPad.

Off the grill at two and a half hours. They've been working hard. They need to rest.

Plated. Good flavor. Moist and tender.
