Thursday was my birthday and my beautiful wife sent me some beautiful flowers at work
I think that's a stainless steel cooking grate
I'm anxious to see what it looks like without the flowers in it. Well anyway, on to tonight's simple dinner.
Chicken was marinated in Mcormick's Grill Mates Garlic Herb marinade and cooked indirect the entire time.
remaining marinade was used as a baste (after boiling)
Served with roasted brussel sprouts and brown rice with toasted pecans and browned butter. Brussels were tossed with EVOO, Kosher salt, and pepper and cooked in a 400 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
