Starting off with ingredients for my veggie sauté. Zucchini and yellow neck squash cut into half-moon size bits, along with some mushrooms sliced. Chopped green onion, minced garlic, S&P, EVOO, chopped tomato and shredded Parmesan cheese. Sauté everything but tomato and cheese for 6 – 8 minutes or until tender, add tomato and cheese mix well.
Veggies in CIS on gasser along with Yam rounds. Yams have EVOO on both sides, pinch of S&P and finish off with a little brown sugar.
For my Onion Dijon Pork Chops I used 2 bone in chops along with S&P, thinly sliced red onion, water, cider vinegar, brown sugar and honey Dijon mustard. Chops in CIS browning, removed and add remaining ingredients bring to boil. Stir till thick 2 – 3 minutes. Returned chops and simmer for 4-5 minutes till done.
Sorry just a plated pic. Everything had great flavor and we enjoyed very bite.
