Silver C manifold fitting

I am in the process of refurbing another Genesis Silver C. The side burner is completely trashed, so I am basically making it a Silver B. What is the best way to close off the gas at the manifold. It currently has a quick disconnect as seen in this pic. Not sure what fitting(s) I will need.

1/8 NPT male plug.
