Silicone Grommet installation

I'm probably going to regret having to ask this but I did a search and couldn't find anything. Is there a trick to installing the silicone grommet on the wsm?
 
Thanks for the reply Joe maybe those didn't come up because I searched for grommet not Thermaport. I may not have been clear with my original question. I have the new wsm with thee grommet hole and grommet. I just can't seem to get the grommet to go in the hole

Ah so....
Try using some cooking oil for lube....should pop right in.
 
That's the truth. It might be nice if they showed where the nylon washers went on the legs too. I knew the metal ones went on the inside but wasn't sure it the nylon ones went between the legs and the body or the screw and the leg. I figured it was the first but double checked with weber to make sure that was right and it was.
