Hello all. Michael from West Chester, PA here. Thanks to all for the wonderful postings. I just did my first smoke ever, and went all-in with 16 racks of baby backs for the Fourth party. With a lot of research on this site and other sites, a lot of planning, and some going with my gut, things went great. I'll post pics in a bit. So, for now, thanks for the help! Great site and great posters! Now, on to brisket!
