You're right - no harm, no foul...I was somewhat surprised the discounted price is still available.

I just wanted to point out that it's an exceptional price and no doubt the list price will be going up as inflation continues into the new year. What pushed me off the fence was the extra discount caused by a pricing error...I had to do some soul searching because I have so many thermometers already that I truly don't need another. I've been using a Smoke with the gateway since 2014 and I think the TW hardware and software is head and shoulders above the other thermometers I have (possible exception: Meater). Also, the TW probes are the gold standard in my book. In the end I just closed my eyes and pushed the BUY button with the hope that my dear loving wife doesn't ask any probing questions.
