Side Meat Surprise

Cut up a big hunk of Pork Belly. Decided to do a little flat top cooking on my Camp Chef.
Nuttin' wrong with that.
Gotta have a little change up every now & then.

Spuds & meat cookin'
Green chili & onion with the spuds.

Getting done & move the spuds & meat to the cooler side.

Some scrambled eggs to go along.
Gonna be guud!
Plated up. Spot on!

We ate fat & guud tonight.
