What's in the lobster sauce?
lobster sauce (hahahaah) is a chicken stock with sugar, sherry wine, sesame oil, and egg whites. it becomes thick from a cornstarch slurry and the when adding the seared shrimps back in.

here's a link to the recipe. tried and tested in my home for a few years now. better than restaurants. we don't add minced pork to it as some places do. we just like it as a seafood dish.
