shredded chicken recipe


 
For pulled chicken, I usually do thighs for large cooks but for the family its about half-n-half thighs and breasts.

I use boneless and skinless, coat with rub and a little Zesty Italian Dressing, grill or high-heat smoke, then chop up with a cleaver, almost like slicing veggies.

I then toss with a very thin finishing sauce.
