Shredded Beef? Like pulled pork.. any recipe?

My wife wants meet to cook beef on m kettle like the pulled pork... she calls it shredded beef and wants to use the left overs for taco's(she is from california) etc.... anyone with help let me know. Just a Florida boy trying to please a CALIGIRL

Hi Matt,
Welcome to the site, check out Chris' post for chuck roast in cooking topics on the home page. Any fattier roast's of beef can be done the same as pulled pork. The link below should help.

Hi Matt,
I've been using the point of the brisket for enchilada meat. Next time you do one, give it a try.

Gotta agree with that-- shredded brisket point. Mix in some sauce and pile it thick on a plain white bun with some dill pickle slices.

Of course, you have to cook a whole brisket to get one-- I've never seen points sold separately.

It's the only Q meat the wife will go for seconds on.
