I've been reading in the archives several mentions about Shakes brine recipe. Is this a recipe or a commercial product? Does anyone have any information? Is it good?

I cooked a turkey using Shake's brine that's featured on the Web site at www.virtualweberbullet.com/turkey2.html. You'll find the recipe there. It's pretty good...a lot of people seem to like it.
Unlike what's described in the topic, I think a lot of folks are now adding the honey after the boiling and cool process to keep a more distinct honey flavor.
