Setting up stoker

I am setting up my stoker for the first time. I have associated the pit probe with the blower, do i have to do that for the food probes as well? I tried it but the asterisk doesn't stay for the blower that is designated. So I wasn't sure that had to be done.

No, you only associate the blower with one probe - the probe that will measure the pit temperature (and thus control the blower).
