Seems like many people stick with BRITU?

I have to agree with Jason M. My first smoke in the WSM was last Saturday and I Strictly adhered to the BRITU except that I first toasted the cumin seed then ground, and I used kosher salt. I smoked three racks of BB ribs for 5 1/2hrs and took them to friends who have been to Memphis in May and both said that these ribs were the best they had ever had. I realize that people have different tastes, but I think that some people do not like the BRITU because the sauce is made from a common grocery store sauce.
